John H. Filice is an Associate with the law firm of Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg and Gifford having joined the firm in 2001 after graduating cum laude from the University of Richmond's T.C. Williams School of Law that same year. He has previous legal experience working in the Commonwealth Attorney's Office for the City of Richmond. He also worked in the Mental Disabilities Law Clinic at the University of Richmond. Prior to that, he worked for Assistant District Attorney Mark Miller (head of the Trials Division at the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office) while an undergraduate at the Indiana University of Pennsylvania, from which he graduated summa cum laude in 1998. In 2005, 2006 and 2007, he was selected as one of Pennsylvania's Rising Stars as published in Philadelphia Magazine. A member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations, Mr. Filice concentrates on Wills, estate planning, estate administration and elder law, real estate, business and corporate.
