Jay C. Glickman, a Partner in the Law Firm of Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg and Gifford has been a member of the firm since 1972 and was admitted to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court the same year. Mr. Glickman's practice focuses on wills, estate planning, estate administration, and elder law. He received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and his law degree from Temple University School of Law. He is an active member of the Community, serving as solicitor for North Star Youth Services; as an officer and board member of the Montgomery Township Planning Commission, Montgomery Township Open Space Committee, the Souderton-Telford Rotary Club, and the Souderton-Telford Fish, Game and Forestry Association; a member of the Advisory Committee on Decedent's Estates Law to the Joint State Government Commission of Pennsylvania, the Hatfield Township Traffic Committee, and the American Legion. He was formerly the solicitor for and/or a board member of the Montgomery County Development Corporation, Highlands Community Association, Indian Creek Foundation, the Souderton-Telford Ambulance Association, the Institute for Comprehensive Family Therapy, Valley Center, and the North Penn Chapter of the of the American Red Cross. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations and is admitted to practice in Federal and Pennsylvania courts. Mr. Glickman enjoys fly fishing, hunting, and shooting.
